All Orders from stationeryworld.com are dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 3 -7 working days of placing the order. However delivery is not attempted on Sundays and Public Holidays since there are no courier services available on these days.

Can I send the Order to a different Address other than the registration Address ?

Yes, you can send the Order to an Address different than the Registration Address. You will be given an option to send the Order to a New Address, on the Shipping Address Page after adding the Product to the Cart

What happens if the shipment is lost in transit ?

All items purchased from
stationeryworld.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We however will make sure that the same does not happen as we have tied up with International Courier companies to handle the shipment.

I am not in during the day, where will my goods be left ?

All items need to be signed for, we will not leave any items in the greenhouse etc.. we will advise you that we have tried to deliver. You could alternatively get the goods sent to your work address or sent to someone who will be in during the day.
